My career has been built on execution. I started in hands on operations and project management, designing workflows, coordinating cross functional teams, and fixing what wasn’t working. Over time, that execution driven approach led me into Chief of Staff and COO roles, where I now operate as a strategic partner to leadership helping turn vision into structure, and structure into results.
